Given, Diameter of road roller = 0.7 m

Then, radius of road roller = 0.35 cm.

Given, Width of road roller h = 1.2 m.

We know that curved surface area of road roller = 2πrh

⇒ 2 * (22/7) * (0.35) * 1.2

⇒ 2 * 22 * 0.05 * 1.2

⇒ 2.64 m^2


Given , Area of playground = 120 * 44.

Length = 120 m.

Breadth = 44 m.

We know that Area = length * breadth

                                = 120 * 44

                                = 5280 m^2.


Hence,

Total number of revolutions = Area of field/Curved surface area of roller

                                              = 5280/2.64

                                              = 2000.



Therefore, total number of revolutions = 2000.
