 = 4x {}^{3} + 69x - 117

 = 4x {}^{3} - 6x {}^{2} + 6x {}^{2} + 69x - 117

 = 4x {}^{3} - 6x {}^{2} + 6x {}^{2} - 9x + 78x - 117

 = 2x {}^{2} \times (2x - 3) + 3x \times (2x - 3) + 39(2x - 3)

 = (2x - 3) \times (2x {}^{2} + 3x + 39)
