IF PRESIDENT WANT TO RESIGN THEN TO WHOM WILL HE GIVE HIS RESIGNATION LETTER.

"If the President of India wanted to give resignation he or she has to give his or her resignation to the Vice President.

In case, the Vice President is not there then to the Chief Justice of India.

If chief justice is also not present then the resignation can be submitted to most senior judge of Supreme Court.
