HEYA!!!!

YOUR ANSWER: No, a composition can't start with an interrogative or an exclamatory sentence but ya, you can definitely use it in the middle of it. Best form of composition is that which includes examples, questioning from the readers and also the exclamatory sentences as they all keep the readers involved and it doesn't sounds like a speech in which the listeners have to only listen and thus they loose their interest in it.

ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR ASSESSMENT!!

IMPORTANT TIPS-:
Be relevant and to the point
Be polite and courteous in your attitude
Be objective and logical
Use simple and colloquial language
Avoid writing very long sentences
