v² = 25

therefore ,

Given :-

⇢Accerlation, a = 0.5m/s²

⇢distance travelled, s = 25m

⇢initial velocity, u = 0m/s

To find :-

a) final velocity, v

b) time taken, t

Solution :-

a) using equation of motion .i.e.,

v² = u² - 2as

➠ v² = 0² - 2(0.5)(25)

➠ v² = 25

v = √25 = 5m/s

Thus, the final velocity of the car is 5m/s.

b) using the equation of motion .i.e.,

v = u + at

➠ 5 = 0 + (0.5)(t)

➠ t = 5/0.5

t = 10sec

Thus, the time taken is 10sec
