I still remember how hard it was to get interview calls in the USA. The biggest problem was visa and lack of contacts.

That’s the reason I always try to help if someone needs any help in getting interview calls and all.

One day I got a message on Linkedin. One Indian guy was looking for some help.

He had an interview with my previous company.

It was tough to take time from my very busy schedule but still, I replied to him.

He asked few questions about work culture and all, I answered all of them.

A few days later he asked for my number, I wanted to say no as I was already told him whatever I could. But still it was hard for me to say no and I gave my number.

He started calling me. Every other day.

It doesn’t matter where I am, what time it is he was calling me.

so first of all good morning
Helping someone who was in need,yup many times but at instant I am remembering only 1 moment.
there is a guy in our society who was 1 year senior from me but couldn't able to clear class 9th and failed to qualify exams so he had to repeat again same class at that time I was in class 8.since he was 1 year senior but now became my classmate now here comes the point I cleared his all doubts and full motivated him,the impact was that he passed the examinations with flying colors.

by the way when you help someone don't show,but since you asked that's why I write it here.
