Woman empowerment means helping the women to raise their standards of living by education and overall development.

Women and Men are equal , so discrimination should be stopped between them.

According to me there is one risk of women empowerment , that they sometimes become overconfident and always think they are superior than others.

If we move on to the rape cases no one can be blamed so far. One who has to be blamed is illiteracy . And thus keeping this in mind we can easily conclude that most cases are seen in UP and Bihar.

If I were the Prime minister of India , I would have raised the case of raping as an attempt to murder and punishment would have been given accordingly.

Women’s economic empowerment is central to realizing women’s rights and gender equality. Women’s economic empowerment includes women’s ability to participate equally in existing markets; their access to and control over productive resources, access to decent work, control over their own time, lives and bodies; and increased voice, agency and meaningful participation in economic decision-making at all levels from the household to international institutions.

2nd question

if the January killing in northern India weren't horrifying enough, lawyers and right-wing Hindus this month marched in defense of her assailants. Prime Minister Narendra Modi waited several days before condemning the crime, which was reported by police this month, then accused his critics of politicizing the issue.
