By law of conservation of momentum m1u1 + m2u2 = m1v1 + m2v2

As after collision two objects have became one so velocity will also be one m1u1+ m2u2 = (m1 + m2) v

(2)(2)+(5)(5) = ( 5+2) v

4 + 25 =7v

29/7 = v

4.14m/s = v

Hence ; the velocity of the object is 4.14 m/s.

Hope it helped you !!!!! plz follow me
