Solution:-

2x-3y=14

2x=14+3y

x=14+3y/2

5x+2y=16

5(14+3y/2)+2y=16

70+15y+4y/2=16

70+19y=32

19y=32-70

y=-38/19

y=-2

Substitute the value of y in 2x-3y=14

2x-3×-2=14

2x+6=14

2x=14-6

2x=8

x=8/2

x=4

Option d is correct...

y=-2 and x=4......
