So this what I know...

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PLANE AND A HELI

planes are build keeping in mind the comfort and these mostly travel in straight lines and most they travel at constant speed...whereas helicopters are made with just purpose driven prospective... that's why helicopters need thrust, force, etc...whereas a plane need to attain some speed before they can take help of drag to control the flight.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN JET AND A PLANE

Now the jets are made with agility, maneuvering abilities and speed in mind... so instead of the typical propeller they use the jet engine... which provides them more speed and at more speed there is more viscous force applied on the jet which is used with the help of flaps on the jet to do some awesome maneuvering tricks

(Plus jets are lighter than Ur normal day to day plane, which gives them even more of an advantage)
