this is just my opinion but my views are that a head boy or any other kind of leader should be
meticulous
be able to coordinate the workload he has without letting it disrupt his personal growth
be able to make ppl work well with each other..like maintain the peace
be open minded
be able to present the views and problems of the students to superiors in such a way that something is done abt it instead of being dismissed momentarily
most importantly, he should be able to keep his promises
