Heya friend,
Here's your answer,
When a girl child is born, she is bounded by all sorts of weird rules and regulations. We are asked, not to go out in the dark, not wear short dresses, not to go out with open hair, not to step out of home alone, and many other boundations are enforced upon us. Moreover, girls are always taught not to speak rudely to anybody, not to mess up with boys, and do what is told without opposing.. Since birth, we are never taught to take stands for ourselves. We have always been instructed to bear what all happens to us.
And then, the worst of all, we are always discriminated with our brothers for various things. Our parents themselves construct a barrier between us. Inspite of all this, we are often disregarded and are imposed a fleck that, " She's a girl. She herself would have done it. What else could be expected from them! That's why girls are killed. They are a burden to our family!"
What wrong did we do by taking birth into this world? What was our fault when we were born in a society where we were never taught to oppose? Why did you make my thoughts get limited ? Why did you restrict me?
We have always been brought up in a male dominant society. The males too, are not the normal ones, they are too weird that it makes us doubt every guy we come across. Their normal touch also seems like a bad one. Well, what is a good touch? It is a normal touch, like a shake hand between friends, or a hug between siblings. While, on the other hand, a bad touch is what happens when a mentally disturbed, perhaps a loafer, touches one in a wrong way, at the wrong part.
A good touch is the sign of affection from our family, relatives and friends, while a bad touch is a sign of sexual abuse. Stats show that 1 out of 4 children have suffered sort of sexual abuse by the time they reach 18. A bad touch can be defined as a way which we don’t like and would want to stop right away, such as hitting,or touching intimate parts.
Well, prevention is better than cure. Therefore, we shall be aware of who is around us and the perception with which he looks at us.
Hope this helps!!!
