The value of debtors will increase by ₹100. As it is a credit transaction, Ajay become our debtor until his account is getting close by receiving money from Ajay.

Goods amounting to rupees 100 supplied to Ajay were included in debtor will show the increase in debtors account.

As it is a credit transaction which shows that there there is no payment recieved.

So, there will be decrease in stock and will be increase in debtor.

As Ajays account will be increased and it is an asset so it will show us that there is increase in debtor.

As it is a credit transaction and it will affect the asset and liabilites of the organisation and it will effect the balance sheet.
