let harpal's salary be x

so, gopal's salary=x+30/100

after incrementation,

harpal's salary=x+25/100=(4*x+1)/4

gopal's salary = x+30/100+30/100=(5*x+3)/5

answer={(5*x+3)/5} -{(4x+1)/4}

           =(20x+12-20x-5)/20

            =7/20

            =0.35=66.4%
