Gopal is walking north now.

  • Gopal starts walking west a distance of 30 meters.
  • Then when he turns right he would be facing north.
  • He moves 20 meters in this direction.
  • After this he turns left and travels 10 metres.
  • He would now be facing west.
  • Gopal then turns to his left again and walks 40 metres.
  • This implies that he is now in south.
  • He now turns to the left.
  • Hence Gopal is facing east and walks 5 metres.
  • Finally he is turns to the left again.
  • Thus Gopal is facing north.
