Gopi sold a watch to ibram at 12 % gain and ibram sold it to john at a loss of 5%. If john paid rupees 1330 find how much did gopi sold it for?

John CP=1330=ibram SP
ibram loss=5%
we know for loss
CP=(SP*100)/(100-loss%)
=(1330*100)/95
ibram CP=1400=Gopi SP
Gopi sold it 1400 rupee


(if asking for Gopi cost price than using this
Gopi profit= 12%
CP=(SP*100)/(100+ profit%)
=(1400*100)/112
=1250
Gopi CP=1250)
