Delhi's Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal has taken a decision and said his government was thinking of sustainable measures to meet the capital’s water needs in the long run, including water recycling. Delhi can also NOT rely on neighbouring states for water.
He recently said :- “When it rains, there is flooding all over the city. We need to look at water conservation in a big way. I am already talking to the DJB CEO, water experts and NGOs on how to utilise this excess water, groundwater recharge and storage for future consumption”
It seems like the governments efforts are basically ideas, and we haven't seen physical productivity.
