1.I doesn't think that the government is wasting money in art because art is also the best field to respresent the heritage of our country.
2.Art is a part of out india culture anad the government should divert money to enourage people and art to represent our country at a unique level in this field.

In India there are thousands of people who die because they do not have enough money to fulfill their basic necessities,there are thousands who are homeless.
so, instead of wasting this money on art, the government can use the money to help the poor and those who are in desperate need of money.
