yes,, they have to spend less money in (b).. plot because, the perimeter of (a) plot is 15+30+45+30+15 =135m, but in plot (b) the perimeter of that plot is 4*30=120 m. if the cost is x then in plot a the cost of fencing will 135x rupee

and in plot b the cost of fencing will 120x rupee.

yes because the perimeter of plot a is 135m and the perimeter of plot b is 120m.so if we consider the cost of fencing x then the cost of fencing plot a will be 135x and of b will be 120x which is less than the cost of fencing plot a.
