cosec = 3x.....(1)
cot= 3/x...(2)
on Adding both (1)&(2),
cosec+cot= 3x+3/x
cosec+cot = 3(x+1/x)....(3)
on Subtracting (1)&(2),
cosec-cot = 3x-3/x
Again,. cosec-cot= 3(x-1/x)....(4)
Now, on multiplying (3)&(4),
(cosec)²-(cot)²= 9 [ (x²) - (1/x)² ]
cosec² - cot² = 9( x²- (1/x)²
1 =9(x²- (1/x)²
On MULTIPLYING both the sides by 3
3(x² - (1/x)²) = 1/9 × 3/1
= 1/3.....ANSWER
