imperative sentence:- expresses a command order request and advice.
example 1:- please give me pen(request)
tell me something about ragas please ( request)

exclamatory sentence:- expresses some strong feelings
example 2:- how beautiful she is!(exclamatory)
example :- what a great singer tansen was !
example:- how which the tradition of Indian classical music is!
interrogative sentence:- an integrative sentence ask a question
example 3:- where are you going?(interrogative)
example:- how did the tansen become a great singer?
example:- what are you doing?
An assertive (or declarative )sentence says or States something.
