1 it is not a clear way that we can judge a person for app supposed that if a good student scores 89% and he gets grade B but there is only 1% missing in 90% but he gets depressed as a things that I got only 80 or something like that but an average student who got 80% think that he has got almost 90% and will be quite happy and wont study harder for the next time .
2. it is not an accurate means to display the result for example if a student scores 95% and another student scores 90% then both have the same grade that is great so nobody knows who the real champion is

3. due to this phenomenon students couldn't understand how much they have progressed ok they haven't progressed for example if a student scores 90% in first I'm 99% in second term and 95% in final term in all the terms he would get only grade so he couldn't understand how much has he progressed he think that all the time he got equivalent or all the time has progressed but there is no such proof.
