Grapes when putting in a hypertonic solution shrinks whereas raisins when putting in a hypotonic solution swells. It is because

because in first case , exosmosis occurs which is due to osmotic pressure from high level  ( from inside ) to low level (to outside) as per rule.

and in second case , endosmosis occurs which is again , from outside to  inside due to osmotic pressure from high level  ( from outside) to low level (to inside) as per rule.
