Because it is black and not attractive
It has high melting and boiling point so it is not easy to mold it in different shapes
It conducts heat

● Graphite is not used to make ornaments because -
- Graphite is allotrope of carbon. It's greyish black in colour & also non-lustrous. As it's not attractive, it's not suitable to make shiny jewellery.
- Moreover it's soft crystalline solid which is non-malleable & non-ductile. Thus it can't be moulded into desirable shapes.
- Therefore, graphite is not used in making ornaments.
