Graphite is not used to make electric cables even though it is not a good conductor of electricity

GRAPHITE is a good conductor of electricity but it can't use in electric wires ,

due to Graphite is non metals , shows brittle properties , and very soft { that's why we use graphite in case of lubricant } , not malleable.

No, cables can't be drawn out of graphite. As wires can be drawn out of ductile substances like metals As graphite is highty brittle in nature. and non- ductile substance can't be drawn into the cables.
