It can’t be digested by humans but it can be digested by animals such as cows
Their stomach is divided into 2 parts
They first partially swallow the grass and store it in the first part of the stomach and when they are resting they slowly bring back the partially digested food and chew it properly and send it back to the second part of the stomach
That is why we see cows always chewing something
