The equation for Escape Velocity is
v = √2GM/R^2
Substitute c in place of v
So,
c = √2GM/r^2
Now,
Rearranging,
r^2 = 2GM/c^2
Thus keeping all the given values,
we can calculate the radius of earth for which it could become a hypothetical black hole ! amazing !
Keep the mass of earth only in place of M
and c(speed of light I vacuum = 3*10^8 m/s)
Hope this helps you !
