Gravitational force of attraction or pull increases as the pull of the sun increases. Water molecules thus slowly decrease in size and get evaporated by the heat. Thus gravitation is always there but increases when heat pulls the water molecules up from cells or from basically anything. [just remember the property of gravity to pull things down and im sure any question will be really easy for you but always check to be sure]
