Gravitational force on the surface of the moon is only 1/6 as strong as gravitational force
on the earth. What is the weight in newton of a 10kg object on the moon and on the
earth?

m=10 kg

g(on earth)=10 m/s2

g(on moon)=10/6 m/s2

w=mg

w(on earth)= 10 kg * 10 m/s2

=100 N

w(on moon) = 10 kg * 10/6 m/s2

=100/6 N

=16.67 N(appx)
