Gravitation is indeed a Universal force. But it is a vector force. It has magnitude and direction. The wall and You are within the planet Earth ( under the first layer of gas). Both of you become part of the Earth. Gravity demands that the whole mass of the object be concentrated at its centre. The whole weight of the Earth is also concentrated at its centre. Ans so the centre of gravity is also at its centre. The force of gravity is always acting inwards and radially towards the centre of Earth. Both the wall and You are pulled towards its centre radially. This force becomes predominant. Within the spherical body, the force of gravity always acts radially towards its centre. Even between two separate bodies, it acts towards the centre acting radially. If both you are outside the range of gravity of Earth, yes, the wall will be pulled towards you and you will be pulled towards the wall, of course radially towards centres of both. This is one of the feature of the gravity.
