Gravity acts on every body do it act on a lizard also if yes then how is it able to walk on walls so easily??

The lizard's hand is made in such a way that they act as vaccum pumps ( of the type that are used to remove blockage in toilets). But when the force acting on them becomes unbearable they are seen to fall.
