The british Parliament is bicameral but has three parts,consisting of the Sovereign as the head of the legislatur(the Queen-In-Parliament),and Upper House(but in fact the second chamber)called the House of Lords,and a so called Lower House(but un fact the primary chamber)called the House of Commons.
