Wandering through the forest, I felt like somebody was watching me. A shrill cry echoed in the mist. Icy fingers gripped my arm in the pitch black darkness. Icy wind slashed at his face while rain danced its evil dance upon his head as he tried to look at my face. My hair stood on end, a shiver raced down my spine and a big, sore lump came to my throat. It was him…
He was there and then gone. Why would HE be in the middle of a forest. I started to run, I knew if I faced him again I might not make it out. I saw a grey and foreboding that castle stood atop the hill. Peeking through the window I saw something horrifying. I have never seen a ghost. But like they always say, there is a first time for everything. All of a sudden I hear a car screeching to a halt. Four men wearing masks jumped out and started running to the castle. One man was carrying a bag of money. The coins continuously clinked together as he ran into the castle. I curiously sneaked into the castle for it was getting late and because I wanted to know what these men were doing.
I heard music as I entered the room, but all I saw was a violin. It lay there on its back on the bare, cold floorboards. It started playing by itself, why was it playing? It should not of been playing on its own. I picked it up but then it vanished. Later on I found a little room and slept there for the night. It was a bright, frost morning. I was still thinking over what on earth happened yesterday. "Help me!" Help me!" Came the call from behind a steel. I hadn't seen the door before. It wasn't there last night. I opened the door to see him. The same person I saw in the forest. And out of all the people it had to be him. "Thank-you! Thank-you! He happily shouted. He continued on to say all about what happened.
I eventually got home, pretending nothing had ever happened.
Now you're probably wondering who HE is, well he is my... grumpy old neighbour.
