Yes Griffin was intelligent but a law less scientist as he was capable to prepare the tonic to dissapear but he didn't use it for the fair to nation.... In fact he miss use his antidote.... He fired someone house , Scared people's , stold items and so on....

yes griffin was intelligent but lawless scientists because he has made a tonic to disappear and he can use it for her welfare of the country but he misuses it by scared People's..and so on
