Griffin was a brilliant scientist who discovered the formula to become invisible. He used his works in a bad way. He was a lawless person.

He set fire to the house of the landlord while leaving it. He stole money from the shops, clergyman's house.

Thus one can say that Griffin was a lawless person.

Griffin was very intelligent and a brilliant scientist. He swallowed some rare drugs to prove that people can be transparent like glass. He became transparent and anyone couldn't see him. But he was a lawless person he took the advantage of his transparent body and set fire in his landlord house and then he spent his night in a hotel where he took a lot of fun. He robbed the shop of theoretical company and also used there things to become visible. Then he went to liping where he spent sometime in a hotel of Inn. Where he robbed Mr clergy House to pay cash to hotel.
