Yes, Griffin's anger was his greatest weakness. We can see that it was because of his anger, his true identity, i.e invisibility, became public. He was considered an evil person and a danger because of all the murdering he had committed due to his anger. Moreover, it was because of his anger, that he planned to establish a 'Reign of Terror' to kill all the people, and it was due to this reason that Dr Kemp took all the precautions and set the traps, to trap the Invisible Man, which ultimately led to Griffin's death.
