PLZ MARK THIS ANSWER AS BRAINLIEST!!!
I think the answer is False because groundwater may be protected from animal wastes but it isn't safe from human wastes such as fertilisers, which seep through the soil and pollute underground water. Humans also put waste like plastics into landfills, which when it rains, gets carried away by water and may end up in the water table. Hence, the answer is False.

Answer:
Groundwater is also one of our most important sources of water for irrigation. Unfortunately, groundwater is susceptible to pollutants. Groundwater contamination occurs when man-made products such as gasoline, oil, road salts and chemicals get into the groundwater and cause it to become unsafe and unfit for human use.
