first you take a thin slice of bread .mold will grow on the surface of the bread. take a dish on which you can grow the mold. sprinkle a few drops of water on it.the water should not fill the entire dish, it should only exist as small droplets.cover it with plastic bag and leave away from the sun.use a small sprinkler to water it everyday.if humidity is low, water it two or three times a day.always remember that the amount of water must exist in droplets and should not soak the bread.now keep the bread on a paper and observer the changes with a magnifying glass. the mold will turn green to brown and smell strongly.hope this helps you.
