It is obviously a chemical change.

In a chemical change, new substances will be produced due to the chemical formations.

In physical activities, we can retrieve the movement again.

We cannot redo the activities in chemical actions.

Once the activity cycle is completed, it's completely difficult to reach the initial stage.

Answer:

it is a chemical change .this is because when we eat food it is absorbed by the body and used to nourish cell .since the substance used to make cell and used to nourish cell is diffrent and the nourished cells are also diffrent .so it's a chemical change
