assume the point of intersection of 2 lines as (a,b). Now substitute value of a  in place of x and b in place of y in equation 3x+y-9=0. Now form an equation of line joining A and B and substitute value of a and b in place of x and y respectively. Then use section formula and find the ratio by solving the 2 equations to get the ratio.
