p(x) = 2x²+3x-k
(x-2) = factor of p(x)
= x-2 = 0
= x = 2
Remainder = p(2) = 2(2)²+3(2)-k
= 2*4+6-k
= 14-k
= 14-k = 0 [ (x-2) is the factor of p(x)]
= k = 14
