Bacteria cannot be seen with the naked eyes, but these can be seen with the help of a microscope. If you have to carry a sample from your home to your biology laboratory to demonstrate the presence of microbes under a microscope, which sample would you carry and why?

Curd can be preferred as sample from simple to home to observe bacteria in laboratory.

A small amount of curd contains a large amount of lactobacillus which could be observed under a light microscope using normal staining methods.

Lactobacillus is also known as lactic acid ammonia.

They convert milk into curd by producing lactic acid.
