this question might look very difficult to answer but, communication point of view, languages derived from basic needs like emotions exchange or opinion exchange. to get to the point why don't we have single universal language to speak or to communicate, according to my view you know different locality people's act like different animals of same species (think in terms animals point of you it might look different ,but just think ). sorry if I am going wrong way. may it help you to get to some path
