No. They are subtly different.
Let's say we want to count to 10. That's the target.
I could count to 12.0000004033, which is very very precise, but not very accurate.
I could count to 10.3, which is more accurate, but not very precise. Next time it might be 9.8.
I could count to 10.000001 which is both accurate and precise.
In engineering, the first isn't very useful in more scenarios. The second might be more than enough. The last one tends to be very expensive.
