Absence of Rods and Cons cells makes you completely blind.

As we know about the working of the Rods and Cons that Rods are light sensitive cells and Cons are color sensitive cells. The reflection of light from any object is detect by the Rods cells. it means if you don't have rods cells you are unable to detect the reflection of an object which makes you not seeing the object. if your cons cells are not working then you are unable to differentiate between some colors.
