Answer:

The number is 2418.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:- One's digit is an even number greater than 6.

Hundreds digit is 3 more than ten's digit.

Ten's digit is the smallest odd number.

Sum of all digits is 15.

To Find:- The 4-digit number.

Solution:-

Let the number be THEO.

O represents the number at one's place, E is the number at ten's place, H is the number at hundred's place and T is the number at thousand's place.

Acc. to the question, ones digit is an even number greater than 6. There is only one number which is greater than 6 and is even that is 8.

∴ O = 8

The ten's digit is the smallest odd number. We know that odd numbers are the ones that are not divisible by 2. Therefore, the smallest odd number is 1.

∴ E = 1

The hundred's digit is 3 more than ten's digit. So, it will be 1 + 3 = 4.

∴ H = 4

Acc. to the question, T + H + E + O = 15

⇒ T + 4 + 1 + 8 = 15

⇒ T + 4 + 9 = 15

⇒ T + 13 = 15

⇒ T = 15 - 13

T = 2.

Therefore, the number becomes 2418.
