Whenever I walk in place for 32 counts, wherever I jog in place for 32 counts, whenever I did head rotation for 16 counts, whenever I did shoulder rotation for 16 counts, whenever I did arm rotation for 16 counts, whenever I did hip rotation for 16 counts, whenever I hold the left and right knee level on the chest for 8 counts, whenever I point the left and right toe for 8 counts then I feel so tired, actually not feeled tired I be tired whenever I did such type of exercise for too much counts.
2. Did you find it tiresome?Why?
Answer 2. Yes, I find tiresome because these are so much exercises and for so much counts. While doing that exercises we feel tired.
3. Do you think doing warm up or exercise is important before doing a vigorous activity? Why?
Answer 3. As I am saying that I feel very tired whenever I did these exercises. But I think doing warm up or exercise is important before doing a vigorous activity. I thought it because it prepares our cardiovascular system for physical activity. And it increasing the blood flow to our muscles.
