-x^2+60x=-2700

-x^2=-2700 -60x (similarly we changed the sign of 60x also and like this we will solve the equation further)

-x^2=-(2700+60x) (here we took the - sign in common because of which 2700 and 60x became positive(+) as -+=-)

Now as both the sides have a minus sign in common then we can cancell out both the minus signs to make it positive(+)

x^2=2700+60x
