the owner of land will always try to have a bigger margin of the output making situation of poor farmers even worse.

the actual tiller of land on the other hand will always suffer despite of their hard work and hence they will demand for their rights

this leads to struggle and demands some settlement between both groups so that none of them is at any loss.
