SP of one watch = 1995 x 115/100 = Rs.2294.25

SP of other watch = 1995 x 85/100 = 1695.75

Total SP = 2294.25 + 1695.75 = Rs.3990

Total CP = 1995 x 2 = Rs.3990

SP = CP

There is no loss nor gain
